Delete Account

Email founder@phoneremind.com with the subject "Delete PhoneRemind account". Include the phone number connected to PhoneRemind and, if applicable, the WhatsApp number you used for setup.

PhoneRemind may verify the request by replying to the associated email, WhatsApp chat, or phone number before deleting account data.

• Your PhoneRemind user profile and verified phone record.
• Active and scheduled reminders.
• Reminder drafts, WhatsApp reminder-management data, and connected calendar records stored by PhoneRemind.
• Optional contact details you explicitly added.
• Call consent and reminder configuration records that are no longer required for compliance, security, or dispute handling.

Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, provider dispute handling, financial records, or service integrity. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

PhoneRemind aims to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or security review.

If you only want to stop calls while the deletion request is processed, send STOP in WhatsApp or email founder@phoneremind.com. STOP pauses PhoneRemind reminder calls and messages for the linked number.
